Ms. Shalini and Gauri are genius, 100% perfect in their job, bears a lot of patience, sober, 100% dedicated and so on. Very difficult to say in one word. My tour was a beautifully planned and worth for money. In my opinion the hotels at Venice and Rome was OK. The location of all the hotels and the sightseeing were fantastic. You may include Budapest and Vesuvius - Pompeii (which we did) in it. The cost of the tour was reasonable and within reach of any person going abroad.

Dear Nirttika,

The tour was I think the best time I ever had, I really wanted to write sooner, but a lot of back-log work.
The hotel bookings & the everything were perfect. The hotel I liked the best was Hotel terrace, Engelberg because of the scenery, the ambience of the hotel & the breakfast.

The place that I cherish the most is Interlaken, as we visited New Hausen (place with 5 km radius- went by bus) & wished we could have stayed longer in that place then we could have visited bonigen, Bottenberg (places within 5 km radius), lauterbraunen & Grindelwald (known for their scenic beauty) but would like to mention that the breakfast at hotel Merkur was okay.

Also, wanted I should have planned a full day for Zurich as I missed the International soccer association stadium, the ZIT campus & churches, just took a small city tour which I think wasn't enough.
To our pleasant surprise, we never read on the pass & got to know once we reached there that the road & all local conveyance was included in the swizz saver pass, cz of that we got away with saving some franks.

But I guess you can never get enough of heaven on earth that is how I would like to address Switzerland as.

The scenery was picture perfect; I must have clicked at least 1000 pictures. To our surprise there was a town I named Samen (in route of Interlaken to Engelberg) had the prettiest lake shore (just like a beach), was white sand all over the place. For people like me who are crazy about nature, I think would love that town, just to sit by the side & take a walk around that lake shore.

Would definitely like to share many more details, well I can go on and on forever but must end the mail & will try to fill your feedback form but i guess not much is left still will definitely fill that with more suggestions and post it soon.

Thanks a lot for everything & in this case can't describe you in words how much delighted I am, and in future would definitely love to plan another trip with your group & especially you.
