The tour arranged was an excellent experience, Apart from the first day, where we had to wait to be checked into the hotel; everything else was good and well planned. The guys at 'City Hub' hotel were also helpful in providing us a room upto two hours in advance, on the first day. (Check in time is 3PM) The location of the hotel was also near to the train station and also many Indian restaurants, though we would have preferred the Park View Hotel or The Fortuna. The guides were very informative and prompt. That's one up for 'Traveller DTC'. We would like to thank everyone at Hi Tours who made this a success especially Monika, Sanjeev and Sabita. We are very happy with our experience with Hi Tours and would surely like to come back to you for many more tours.

We had a wonderful experience in travelling to Kailash-Mansarovar through Hi-Tours. Some of the highlights were:

1. Pleased with the detailed and timely response to our queries. The overall attitude was very cordial. Thanx Garima for the same.
2. Kailash hotel in Kathmandu was a good experience as the accomodation is good and they have special arrangements for Kailash-Mansarovar travellers.
3. The local travel staff was very cordial and helpful. They provided personalized services to everyone during the trip. I do not remember when I had to repeat any of my request. It     was great to have Gyan, who has done parikarma 45 times as Sardar. With Gyan's encouragement only we could complete our Parikarma.

The tour arranged by Hi-Tours was an excellent experience, I have travelled more than 6 countries but the Operator services at Hong Kong were very good. The representative of Hi Tours was available everywhere as you mentioned in the itinerary.

Only some of the places like the magnificent Golden Bauhinia square at Hong Kong and border barrier gate, Penha Hill at Macau were not visited by Tour guide, as they were saying that in their itinerary these were not included. For a better trip the visit to Jewellery Gems Factory at Hong Kong and Souvenir shop at Macau can be removed.

Over all it was a good experience with HI-TOURS specially Ms. Monika Juyal & Mr. Jasbir Singh. I appreciate your services. Which I remain.

Would just like to convey our family trip to Egypt was just great. I am forwarding my mail your post trip comments. Connectivity, quality and pleasantries were all there in Egypt. Dubai was to be fine, the Hotel Moov could work on better PR service and cleanliness, however it got us by.

One thing, in Aswan maybe another itinerary could be offered such as the Philea temple. We were taken straight off the train to see an unfinished Obliex and The Aswan Dam both good but we still had to wait for the boat for a while. Also to mention we are on tour straight after the train as to make sure freshness is there.

I am already recommending others. please keep the quality. As a first Package trip ever we were impressed by the free time given too. I would also make sure waiting especially at airports next time would be less. Thank-You to Sanjiv Sharma with all my worrying questions before the trip and he so humbly answered them all, thank you!

A day before yesterday evening we returned from Hong Kong after one week vacation. The whole trip was nice except for last day hiccups when Regal River Side front desk told me that there is only one room booked in our name. They could not find the second booking request and I had to call local emergency numbers. Initially they were saying that they can't do anything as the office is closed and I should call next day morning … which I did not find appropriate by a person answering emergency calls. However, then I called Jasbir Singh on his India number and he was helpful in sorting it out.

I think that was hotel mistake and they realized after about one hour of looking into their booking records. Finally, we got the room, and I think just to compensate for the ordeal we went through, they gave us the best room on the Club floor. That was nice.

Thanks for your concern for feedback.

Overall experience was really good, we were really happy for the choice of hotels as there was an SOTC group also roaming along with us but were staying in very far away hotels.

But want to place my regrets for just one point and that is the Hong Kong City tour your Hong Kong partners just took us for a ride in the name of City tour. Didn't take us to The victoria peak but stopped at some midpoint for strategic view. And they were more concerned about shopping stops i.e. jewellery factory, souvenir shop, coach driver's own shop.
